Is it (E)nvironmentally friendly?
No matter what else we do we must be ambassadors to the environmental health of the community we serve.

Is it (E)fficient?
The right tool for the job is a mainstay in any work environment and we must make sure we are providing equipment and consult that has the best work to energy usage ratio.

Is it (T)rustworthy?
There must be reasonable expectation of the asset completing the task in without failure or the handiness of the equipment is compromised.

Is it (O)n Line?
The equipment should be ready to go to work before it is needed. Make seasonal preparations early to provide a seamless transition

Is it (I)ndispensable?
Underutilized equipment should be identified as soon as possible and sent to surplus before more value is lost,

Is it (T)idy?
Up fits, attachments and alterations to equipment should look professional. More people will see it than use it, a little paint and cleaning go a long way.

Our leaders count on us to answer these questions about every single asset in our care. If we are not able to say yes to all of these small questions we need to adjust our process to meet these requirements. Once we take care of the small questions the larger questions will tend to answer themselves.
