Charts depicting the status of fleet goals and data, as well as regular meetings with staff, lets employees know how the fleet is doing.
While the main facility is primarily used for heavy-duty maintenance and repair, there is also a light-duty shop within the facility.

The fleet's parts room uses mobile shelves in order to get more storage capacity. The fleet's parts inventory, including tires, is approximately $400,000.
