Bob Stanton, fleet management director for Hillsborough County, Fla., continued his keynote speech on five targets for fleet management success after showing off his Tim Tebow shirt and tebowing before attendees.

Mountain climber John Amatt delivered an inspirational and riveting keynote address on overcoming obstacles and using teamwork to achieve success, likening his experience climbing Mount Everest to the challenges fleet managers currently face.
