Nissan created a one-of-a-kind service truck: a mobile command center and first aid unit which will be used by the American Red Cross. The customized 2018 Titan XD was showcased at a recent media event at the Miami Beach Fire Department and will remain on display at the Miami Auto Show through Oct. 13.

The vehicle was built to withstand tough conditions, with Line-X Coating, a Hellwig sway bar, a Maxtrax traction device, and off-road bumpers from Addictive Desert Design.

The truck is fitted with an ICON Stage 5 3-inch lift kit and ICON Rebound wheels on Nitto Ridge Grappler tires.

For first responders and relief workers on the road, the truck includes a temperature-controlled box with a stove, sink, and refrigerator. For added storage above, the top of the cab is fitted with a Rhino Rack Pioneer tray.

The inside of the vehicle includes a bed and first aid kit for on-site care and a refrigerator for transporting blood.

Disaster-stricken areas often come with fuel shortages, so the custom fuel tank is designed to hold up to 75 gallons.
