Craftsman introduces its 3/8-inch impact wrench, which is designed to allow the user to access tight spaces, for example under the hood of a car. The wrench features a variable speed motor that provides 0-2,500 RPM (Rotations Per Minute), and produces 130 ft. lbs. of torque, giving enough power to tighten and loosen a variety of nuts and bolts.

The impact wrench features a 3/8-inch anvil retention ring for secure socket connections, a mid-handle design with over-mold to ensure balance and comfort, and a built-in LED light that illuminates when a user pulls the trigger, which provides light even when working in dimly lit areas.

The tool is available as an add-on as well as in a kit which includes a one hour Energy Star Charger and a 19.2 V Ni-Cd battery. The model number is 32741 for the complete impact wrench kit and 32742 for the add-on version. The MSRP for 32741 is $129.99; for 32742 it’s $79.99.
