The Axon Fleet 2 was designed based on feedback from law enforcement on Axon's Fleet 1. Recent orders of the Fleet 2 in-car video system include 700 Fleet 2 systems for the Tennessee Highway Patrol and 125 Fleet 2 systems for the Dallas County Sheriff's Office in Texas.
