The S14I includes a category-first 4-foot drop rating — a 33% improvement over typical semi-rugged computers. It is the first in its class to offer an ingress protection rating of 53 (IP53), making it suitable for use in locations where rain or dust may be a regular occurrence. The device also has an operational range of -4°F – 140°F, allowing for use in a wide range of environments.
