Adamson Industries Corp. now carries a new product from AWS, Inc., an Automated Weapon Storage Locker for a law enforcement sedan or SUV. The Automated Weapon Storage Locker is a single drawer designed for most sedans and SUVs and opens by electrical impulse in one second by wireless remote, push button, or both.
The Automated Weapon Storage Locker is made of 14-gauge galvanized steel. The drawer includes a four-channel remote keyless entry and a back-up key. A gas assist shock aids in opening the drawer.
The drawer’s interior measurements are 37.5 inches W x 14.5 inches L x 6.5 inches H. The version of the drawer for the Ford Police Interceptor Utility drawer comes with mounting brackets that raise the locker up for spare tire access. Black carpet covers the face of the sedan model version of the drawer and the face, top, and sides of the model for an SUV.
