The SOS Silent system allows emergency responders to access gated areas without needing to find the correct gate code, possibly leading to a delay in response times.

It can open a gate up to 500 feet away with the RFID tag in the vehicle, without the need to sound a siren. It will also open the gate to the sound of a "Yelp" siren, which is most valuable in situations when other municipalities are responding in mutual aid that do not have the correct RFID tag, according to the company.
