Federal GSA & State of Illinois Add Car Sharing to Fleet Programs

WASHINGTON & SPRINGFIELD, IL - The U.S. GSA awarded a blanket purchase agreement to Zipcar as a vendor for the government's short-term rental (STR) program. The State of Illinois also launched the carsharing option for state employees.
