Prior to joining Bobit, he was a superintendent for a commercial builder in the Chicagoland area for several years. Justin began his career in the commercial vehicle industry as an account manager for a Chicago-area marketing and advertising agency, which specialized in both heavy duty trucking and construction.

Lance is the former engagement editor for Bobit.

Lauren Fletcher, Vice President of Content at Bobit, has been an influential figure in the truck fleet industry since 2006. Known for her engaging personality, she drives content strategy with a focus on growth, education, and motivating the next generation of fleet professionals.

Lexi Tucker is a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA. She has a bachelor's degree in English, with a minor in Journalism and Asian Pacific Studies. She enjoys learning about the luxury ground transportation industry and is interested in business ethics and technology. Lexi manages LCT's official social media pages and the Fast 40, a group for rising industry stars around 40 years old and under.
