Josh is the CEO of RTA: The Fleet Success Company. His passion is helping people work on their fleets, rather than in their fleets. He's a little crazy about company culture, and believes it is the most important thing for a company to get right if they want to experience clarity, confidence, and peace of mind, instead of chaos and stress. That is why he believes in what they do at RTA, currently helping nearly 700 public fleets succeed.
He's the coauthor of "The Fleet Success Playbook," the host of "The Fleet Success Show" podcast, and a frequent speaker at fleet events nationwide.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Anjuli and their eight kids. In his down time, he can be found singing, reading thriller novels or anything on leadership, and running Ford Raptors through the deserts of Arizona and Mexico.
