The 2014 Ford F-150 with the 3.7L V-6 engine will be available this fall with a factory-installed, gaseous-fuel prep package so it can operate on compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG, a.k.a. propane), or gasoline through separate fuel systems.
