A government leasing company repossessed the lead fire truck from the city of Alexander, Ark., on Friday as firefighters ate lunch outside a local restaurant.
Paul Graver of First Government Lease Co. legally seized the vehicle, one of five fire trucks in the fleet, over a lease contract dispute, citing "anticipatory beach of contract."
Graver accused the city of stopping payments on the fire truck in March because Graver allegedly had charged the city too much interest, reports KTHV.
