GRAPEVINE, TEXAS - Government Fleet magazine congratulates the 40 Sustainability All-Stars honored at the Green Fleet Conference on Oct. 4. The fleet professionals were recognized based on professional longevity, accomplishments (significant sustainability achievements), innovation (innovative ways individuals have contributed to reducing emissions and fuel consumption), and overall industry involvement.

Of the 40 All-Stars, 16 of them were public sector fleet professionals:

• George Karbowski, director, operations & maintenance, Foothill Transit, Calif.

• Keith Leech, fleet manager, City of Sacramento, Calif.

• Sherry Lewis, director, University of California, Los Angeles, Fleet & Transit

• Rick Longobart, facilities, fleet & stores manager, City of Santa Ana, Calif.
