The Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) has announced its full session lineup for the 2014 event, which will take place June 2-4 in San Diego, Calif.
GFX is where public fleet professionals meet and get fleet-specific training in fleet fundamentals, management techniques, efficiency and maintenance, and technology management.
Some topics that will be discussed at the 2014 GFX include parts room management, fleet accounting, improving communication, a lessons learned presentation, and fleet greening. Attendees will also learn techniques to improve maintenance and operations, such as re-examining vehicle equivalency units (VEUs) and improving your operation through metrics.
Government Fleet staff will also honor the Leading Fleets awards recipients and announce which fleets have been named among the top 20. In addition, staff will announce and recognize the Fleet Manager of the Year, the Fleet Hall of Fame inductees, and the Legendary Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.
