The Kennedy Space Center has deployed nearly 50 Polaris GEM electric low-speed vehicles for security, facility maintenance, and landscaping tasks around the Space Center Visitor Complex in Cape Canaveral, Fla. 

The center used GEM vehicles in the past, and chose the updated models for its new design, street-legal safety features, and new technology. Polaris' new telematics tool, Polaris Fleet Solutions, allows GEM owners to track vehicle locations, optimize vehicle and fleet performance, and manage vehicles by location, time or operator.
