Cattaraugus County (N.Y.) expects to save nearly $400,000 in its 2018 budget by leasing 31 vehicles rather than buying them outright. Department heads had initially requested the purchase of 18 vehicles for $589,000; leasing 31 vehicles will cost $198,000, the Olean Times Herald reported.
Enterprise Fleet Management is expected to deliver the trucks, vans, and police units by April.
