U.S. Bank Voyager and WEX Bank have been awarded contracts by Sourcewell in the Fleet Payment Solutions with Related Services category, making their products and services available through cooperative purchasing.

These contracts offer fleet agencies a full selection of card, mobile application, and virtual payment services for fuel and charging station fees, and vehicle, aircraft, and watercraft-related maintenance, supplies, and services.

"This category goes well beyond traditional fuel purchasing cards," says Supplier Development Supervisor Kelly McAllister. "Today’s payment applications are more than just a card you swipe at the pump. Technology now allows over 90% acceptance of fuel payment networks and can integrate with private-site fueling locations."

These payment solutions provide controls that help mitigate fraud, waste, and abuse while providing valuable fleet data analytics, telematics, data file transfer, and validation.

Following a competitive solicitation process, Sourcewell awarded cooperative purchasing contracts offering access to these suppliers:

U.S. Bank Voyager | 080620-USB: Fleet fuel and maintenance payment card program; nationwide acceptance for all fleet-related purchases; mobile app with filters for fuel type, pricing, or services and hands-free directions; automated fleet maintenance authorization and settlement; electric vehicle charging payment program; bulk fuel and private site fueling payment and reporting; real-time web-based fleet program management; 24/7 customer service, roadside assistance, and on-demand web-based training; configurable expense reporting and controls at fleet, driver, or vehicle level; secure level III fleet data capture; API integration with telematics, fleet management, and financial systems; and robust third-party fraud and employee misuse controls.

WEX Bank | 080620-WEX: Universal fleet card acceptance with integrated cardless option; rebates with no card or set-up fee; optimized tax exemption and reporting; free access to Clearview analytics and reporting; telematics and GPS fleet tracking; private-site transaction integration and re-billing; integrations written for most fleet management programs; real-time card and driver management in WEXOnline; flexible card controls managed in real-time; and 24/7 customer service and roadside assistance.
