The City of Spokane, Wash., will be adding two pothole trailers to its fleet, doubling its pothole-filling capacity following an extreme winter that led to a public outcry about the condition of the roads, The Spokesman-Review reported.
Pending city council approval, the city will purchase the units using fleet replacement funds through a cooperative contract.
