Hellwig Suspension Products, a manufacturer of towing, hauling, and performance suspension products, announced its new front sway bar for 2022 and newer Ford F-150 Lightning trucks.

The bar improves stability and comfort for daily driving and while towing.

Its solid heat-treated chromoly steel construction offers increased stiffness over factory sway bars, resulting in better handling, comfort, and safety for everyday driving and heavy towing applications. The simple installation of a sway bar can drastically improve handling by reducing a vehicle’s tendency to pitch from side to side during cornering, thus improving stability and providing a smoother ride, according to a press release.

The front sway bar is designed with duality in mind; offering the stability desired for both on-road and off-road driving applications.

This front sway bar measures 1-3/8 in. in diameter, is crafted from 4140 chromoly steel and features a signature powder-coated finish. Each sway bar kit includes all hardware needed for installation, reuses factory end links, and can be easily installed in the driveway at home with basic hand tools.
