Geith has added a third generation hydraulic quick coupler to its existing line of quick couplers for heavy equipment.
The G3 coupler features four independent safety components. The front safety lock retains the attachment in the event of improper link/rear pin connection, while the front safety lock and the mechanical secondary rear safety system.
The G3 features hydraulic cylinder check calves, as well as the Geith-patented “curl to release” control system, providing a safe process for attachment engagement and release. The more compact design minimizes changes to the tip radius, reducing the loss of bucket breakout force.
Geith is also offering a new quick coupler configuration in mechanical form. Both the hydraulic and mechanical versions of G3 have a limited one-year warranty.
