Buyers Products’ SaltDogg SHPE6000 salt spreader is a lightweight, but heavy-duty poly hopper. The SHPE6000 is the largest poly hopper in the SaltDogg line. It is built to carry 6 cubic yards of material. Made of durable, non-corroding polymer with an exclusive to Buyers Products stainless steel frame, the hopper resists rust and offers a long product life.

Designed with a large-diameter auger system that travels the length of the hopper floor, the SHPE6000 provides maximum, continuous material flow. An in-cab console features independent controls for the auger, spinner, and vibrator. The auger and spinner are powered by two, ultra-quiet, 12-volt DC direct-drive motors, encased in heavy-duty housing with independently powered vibrators.

The SHPE series of SaltDogg spreaders are completely self-contained and mount easily on utility vehicles, pickups, dump trucks, and platform trucks. The rugged design allows for use with salt or a salt and sand mixture.  The poly hopper and stainless steel frame are made with recycled materials.
