Altec Industries, Inc: Unseated Retaining Ring May Cause Cylinder Failure

Altec is recalling certain 2014-2016 AT200A aerial devices. Cracks may develop in the legs of the mounting frame, which can cause the mounting frame side plate to break.

Altec will provide instructions for owners to inspect the mounting frame side plates for cracks. If cracks are found, Altec will repair the side plates as necessary, or provide a repair kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in April 2025.

Bollinger Motors, Inc: High Voltage Battery May Short Circuit

Bollinger Motors is recalling certain 2025 B4 trucks. The high voltage battery pack may be improperly sealed and allow liquid to enter the battery.

Bollinger Motors will work with Our Next Energy to inspect and repair the battery packs as necessary, free of charge.

Chrysler: Loss of Control from Loose Brake Caliper Bracket

Chrysler is recalling certain 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. The bolts securing the front brake caliper bracket may not be tightened properly, which can result in reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and a loss of front brake function.

Dealers will inspect and replace the front brake caliper brackets and bolts, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 24, 2025.

Chrysler: Incorrect Tire Inflation Pressure Information

Chrysler is recalling certain 2025 Ram 1500 vehicles. A software error may cause an incorrect tire inflation pressure message to display on the instrument panel.

Dealers will update the instrument panel software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Seat Belt May Fail to Retract or Extend

Ford is recalling certain 2018-2020 Expedition and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The seat belt pretensioner in the driver and/or front passenger seat may inadvertently lock the seat belt, which will not allow the belt to retract or extend.

Dealers will inspect the seat belt retractor date codes and replace the seat belt retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 14, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Misaligned Engine Oil Plug

Ford is also recalling certain 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition, and 2024 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with 3.5L GTDI engines. The engine may have a misaligned engine cup plug, which can result in a rapid oil leak.

Dealers will inspect the engine cup plug alignment, and replace the plug if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 26, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Incorrect Fuse May Cause a Loss of Drive Power

Ford is also recalling certain 2025 F-150 full hybrid electric (FHEV) vehicles. The high voltage battery junction box may contain an incorrect fuse, which can fail and result in a sudden loss of drive power.

Dealers will replace the incorrect 60-amp fuse with a 150-amp fuse, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 11, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Loss of Brake Function from Brake Fluid Leak

Ford is recalling certain 2017-2018 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to leak from the front wheel circuit into the brake booster.

Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder. If the master cylinder is leaking, the brake booster will also be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 28, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: High Voltage Battery Water Damage May Cause Fire

Ford is recalling certain 2024-2025 E-Transit Chassis Cab vehicles. The tray side rails for the high voltage battery pack may buckle and crack, allowing water to enter the battery.

Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is complete. Dealers will inspect and replace, or repair the battery assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 5, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Software Error May Cause Loss of Drive Power

Ford is recalling certain 2025 Explorer vehicles. The powertrain control module (PCM) may reset while driving, which can damage the park system or cause an engine stall.

Dealers will update the powertrain control module software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 26, 2025.

Ford Motor Company: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display

Ford is recalling certain 2022-2023 Transit vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 23V-598. The rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.

Ford Motor Company: Loss of Steering from Front Control Arm Separation

Ford is recalling certain 2025 Bronco vehicles. The front upper control arm ball joint nut may be missing or tightened improperly, allowing the front upper control arm to detach from the knuckle assembly.

Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until they have been repaired. Dealers will inspect and verify that the ball joint fastener is tightened properly. If a fastener is loose or missing, the dealer will replace the ball joint and knuckle assembly. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed in April 2025.

Dealers will update the rearview camera software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 19, 2025.

Isuzu Motors Limited: Loss of Drive Power from Cooling Pump Failure

Isuzu is recalling certain 2025 NRR EV trucks. Due to a mix of incompatible coolants, debris may build up in the cooling system, causing the cooling pump to fail.

Dealers will replace the cooling pump, flush the cooling systems, and update the owner's manual, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 30, 2025.

Mack Trucks, Inc: Idler Gear May Detach Causing Engine Stall

Mack is recalling certain 2025 Anthem (AN) vehicles. The idler gear bracket fasteners may have been improperly tightened, allowing the idler gear to detach from the engine.

Dealers will inspect and replace the turbo compound units as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 11, 2025.

Motiv Power Systems: Electrical Short Can Cause Loss of Drive Power

Motiv is recalling certain 2020-2023 F-53 and F-59 vehicles equipped with a Motiv Gen 5 EPIC powertrain. A support bracket may fatigue and break, allowing the main power disconnect to contact other structures and short.

Motiv field support technicians will replace the bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 13, 2025.

Oshkosh Corporation: Windshield Wipers May Fail

Oshkosh is recalling certain 2024-2025 ICE 2WD, ICE AWD, and BEV 2WD Next Generation delivery vehicles. The wiper arm nuts may be loose, causing the wipers to fail.

Oshkosh will inspect and tighten the wiper arms as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 3, 2025.

Oshkosh Corporation: Rearview Camera Image May Not Display/FMVSS 111 

Oshkosh is also recalling certain 2025 Defense NGDV ICE 2WD, AWD, and BEV 2WD vehicles. The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Oshkosh will inspect and replace the head units as necessary, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification.
