SACRAMENTO, CA – The State of California’s Department of General Services, Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM), established a new call center to centralize fleet management. The new call center will address issues with leased vehicle customers that were originally handled by (now-closed) garages in Los Angeles, Fresno, Oakland, and San Diego.
The new call center is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and is located at 1416 10th Street in the Sacramento State Garage.
According to the announcement from OFAM, if any State employees outside the Sacramento area need a daily rental vehicle, they will have to contact their respective department’s travel program coordinator. State employees in the Sacramento area can rent vehicles either online or by calling the dispatch office.
For more information, visit OFAM’s site here.
