OPS Public Safety is now including limited lifetime warranties with all newly purchased products manufactured by OPS Public Safety.

This means that when a customer makes a purchase, they'll also get a promise: If they remain the original owner of the product, and that product ever becomes defective due to manufacturing, materials or workmanship, OPS Public Safety will fix or replace it for free. 

"We've always stood behind our products because we believe wholeheartedly that an existing customer is your best customer," says Shane Lawrenson, OPS Public Safety's director of business development. "We have formalized a document to show to new and existing customers our commitment to product quality, for life."

That commitment to quality is nothing new, by the way, says Mike Lawrenson, the company's president and CEO. But the lifetime warranty just makes it even more clear.

"From the surveys we've done with our customers for years, we know that the number one reason they choose us is quality. Now with the lifetime warranty, they can be even more confident with their choice."
