Tires are often the most neglected part of a law enforcement vehicle, yet they're one of the most important parts. How can you communicate this to your officers so they know the importance of having their tires maintained? And how can you ensure officers know what to watch on their tires?

Don't Let Your Message About Tire Care Roll Away

At the 2024 Police Fleet Conference (PFC) at GFX, Sgt. Tom Gorman of the Connecticut State Police and Billy Sterner, CAFM, CEM, fleet services supervisor for the town of Flower Mound, Texas, will share advice on educating officers about caring for their tires.

Plus, they'll be joined by representatives from three tire manufacturers — BFGoodrich, Bridgestone Americas, and Goodyear — to share what makes pursuit-rated tires different than traditional ones, why they're important, and more.

Want to see what else is on the PFC schedule in addition to this session? Click here for the full lineup of sessions coming to this year's event.

Have you registered for PFC at GFX yet? When you register for the Full Conference Fleet Pass, the all-access pass for government fleet professionals, you'll have access to all of the networking and educational opportunities offered on Days 1-3. Click here to register for PFC now!
