RoadFlex, a Visa-backed fleet card and expense management platform, has expanded its reach through a new partnership with Refuel, providing government and public sector fleets with greater access to fueling and convenience options across the Southeastern U.S.

The partnership adds more than 250 Refuel and Double Quick locations to RoadFlex’s network, allowing public fleet drivers to fuel up more easily while benefiting from expanded access to discount-eligible sites.

“Partnering with Refuel Market and Double Quick gives our customers more flexibility and transparency in how they manage fueling operations,” said Greg Soh, president of RoadFlex. “Our goal is to help organizations—especially those managing public fleets—reduce costs while maintaining compliance and efficiency.”

Fuel Savings and Operational Efficiency

Public agencies using RoadFlex cards can now receive discounts on gasoline and diesel purchases at participating Refuel and Double Quick stations. The added convenience helps government fleet operators streamline routes, reduce downtime, and improve budget control.

“Working with RoadFlex allows us to extend our reach to public fleets that rely on dependable fueling access,” said Nick Dobias, vice president of fuel at Refuel. “This partnership brings savings and reliability to the drivers and agencies we serve.”

Supporting Data-Driven Fleet Management

The collaboration integrates directly into RoadFlex’s Fuel Risk Management Platform, offering tools for purchase controls, reporting, and advanced fuel analytics. Fleet managers can track expenses in real time and ensure accountability across departments.

RoadFlex fleet cards are now accepted at all participating Refuel Market and Double Quick locations, helping government agencies better manage fuel spending while keeping essential vehicles on the road.
