RoadFlex, a provider of fuel expense management and fleet payment solutions, has entered into a partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp., a government IT solutions distributor. Under the agreement, Carahsoft will act as RoadFlex’s master government aggregator, making RoadFlex’s fuel and expense management products available to the public sector through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and procurement contracts, including NASA SEWP V, ITES-SW2, NASPO ValuePoint and OMNIA Partners.
“Public sector fleets face increasing demands to lower costs, reduce fuel fraud, and streamline expense management,” said Rush Akin, chief revenue officer at RoadFlex. “This partnership with Carahsoft helps us expand access to our solutions for government agencies.”
RoadFlex provides an integrated platform for managing fuel and expenses, with features including fraud detection, spending controls, real-time reporting and consolidated billing. The platform uses a six-layer security system and verifies vehicle location and fuel levels automatically.
Public sector organizations, such as municipal departments and state agencies, often oversee fleets composed of various types of vehicles and equipment. RoadFlex’s platform is designed to support these needs with an accessible, modern tool.
“RoadFlex helps agencies manage fuel use through accurate fleet data, automated reporting, and analytics,” said Lacey Wean, sales executive for Smart Cities Technology Solutions at Carahsoft. “We look forward to working with RoadFlex and our partners to offer this platform to the public sector.”
RoadFlex’s solutions are available through Carahsoft’s SEWP V contracts NNG15SC03B and NNG15SC27B, ITES-SW2 Contract W52P1J-20-D-0042, NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #AR2472 and OMNIA Partners Contract #R240303.
