We want to hear your ideas for the 2025 Police Fleet Conference (PFC). Do you want to lead one of our educational sessions? Submit an idea!

PFC launched in 2023 at the Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX), the largest annual conference for public fleets in the nation.

After two successful years with packed sessions, PFC returns to GFX on June 24-27, 2025, at the Charlotte Convention Center in North Carolina.

Everything You Need to Know About Submitting a Speaking Idea

You are invited to submit an abstract for consideration that is designed for law enforcement fleet managers and other fleet decision-makers.

Becoming a speaker at GFX entitles you to a complimentary pass for the event, the opportunity to build your personal brand, and develop your network and resume of speaking engagements.

Call for papers closes Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Proposals Must Include:

  • Title of suggested presentation

  • Three sentence summary

  • Presenter name(s), title(s), and organization(s)

  • Presenter(s) contact information
