FleetCor Announces New Chevron and Texaco Universal Business MasterCard

ATLANTA - FleetCor Operating Company, LLC announced the availability of the Chevron and Texaco Universal Business MasterCard, which provides companies the tracking benefits of a fuel card system with the flexibility to make fuel purchases wherever MasterCard cards are accepted.

ATLANTA- FleetCor Operating Company, LLC announced on September 27 the launch of a new offering to their business card portfolio. Available now, the Chevron and Texaco Universal Business MasterCard will provide companies the tracking benefits of a fuel card system with the flexibility to make fuel purchases wherever MasterCard cards are accepted.

The addition of the Chevron and Texaco Universal Business MasterCard makes the Chevron and Texaco fleet product suite one of the most competitive in the fleet card industry. The Universal Business MasterCard offers universal fueling options with enhanced features that attract larger fleets, as well as supports small businesses with specialized needs.

"We are pleased that FleetCor is building upon the Chevron and Texaco fleet card program by offering the Universal Business MasterCard. This product will help better target and acquire larger fleets," said Rod Tos, manager of Chevron Card Operations. The Chevron and Texaco Universal Business Card allows customers to earn credits for fuel purchases at U.S. Chevron and Texaco branded locations.

MasterCard is accepted at over 175,000 fueling locations nationwide. "Offering innovative products like the Universal Business Card is just one way FleetCor works with Chevron to be at the forefront of the fleet card industry," says Dave MacFarland, FleetCor's general manager for the Chevron Fleet portfolio.
